Recently, Keiser University Vietnam Hanoi Center (KUV) organized a special event, accompanying students from Doan Thi Diem High School and Alpha School on a journey to explore the Hospitality Management industry. This event opened up opportunities for students to learn and discover career prospects in one of the world’s most rapidly growing industries. The event not only provided students with the chance to gain valuable insights from industry experts but also offered a clearer perspective on potential career paths in the field of Hospitality Management.
During the experiences, students from Alpha School participated in a “Hotel Tour” at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, while students from Doan Thi Diem High School visited Sheraton Hanoi West Hotel. Here, they had the opportunity to learn about the operational processes of a 5-star hotel. Industry experts and lecturers shared practical experiences about various roles and career opportunities in the field of Hospitality Management. This experience allowed students to not only listen to in-depth industry insights but also witness the actual operations of key hotel departments, including front desk services, customer service management, and essential back-office operations.
In addition, the students also had the opportunity to learn about the Hospitality Management training program at Keiser University Vietnam, which offers specialized study pathways and transfer study abroad opportunities. This program not only equips students with a solid foundation of knowledge but also opens up international learning opportunities, empowering them to confidently pursue a promising career in the hospitality industry.
