The Non-Degree Seeking Program is a short-term training program at Keiser University with each registration period lasting less than 3 months. This program is suitable for students from universities and colleges in Vietnam or other countries who wish to take individual credits (courses) from Keiser University while continuing their studies at their home university or college.
Benefits of the Non-degree Seeking Program
- Participants are issued a U.S. student ID number and are allowed to accumulate the credits earned into their academic record at Keiser University as an official student.
- Students can use these earned credits to transfer to U.S. universities as KUV students.
- Increased chances of receiving an F-1 student visa (typically proportional to academic performance and the number of credits earned).
- Flexible study schedule (evenings, weekends, fixed weekly class hours), making it easy to balance with the schedule of the student’s home university.
- Familiarity with the U.S. educational environment and learning methods while still in Vietnam, helping to reduce the shock when transitioning to study abroad.
- Participation in university activities and events as a full-time student.

- If a student wishes to receive a degree, they must go through the official long-term enrollment process according to Vietnamese and U.S. educational laws.
- Students in the Non-Degree Seeking Program are required to submit a complete application for academic eligibility at the time of initial registration and do not need to reapply for future enrollments.
- Students in this program will have access to special offers but are not eligible for current discounts or scholarships for full-time students.
- Students who accumulate 30 credits from Keiser University will be eligible for the transfer assistance program.
