If accepted, I agree to adhere to the policies and regulations issued by Keiser University, Vietnam (KUV) and its programs. Furthermore, I understand that failure to provide a complete and proper application package, or providing false information or misrepresentation of facts on this application, can result in the cancellation of admissions, permanent suspension from the institute, and forfeiture of the paid tuition and fees. Tôi và phụ huynh (hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp) đồng ý rằng KUV và các chương trình không có nghĩa vụ cung cấp, trao đổi bất kỳ thông tin nào liên quan đến hồ sơ, bảng điểm và các thông tin khác của sinh viên với phụ huynh (hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp) theo chính sách ứng với quy định của chính phủ Việt Nam trong Điều 21 Luật trẻ em áp dụng với sinh viên chưa đủ 18 tuổi và Điều 38 Bộ Luật dân sự áp dụng với sinh viên từ đủ 18 tuổi trở lên. Tôi đồng ý rằng Nhà trường sẽ liên lạc và giao tiếp với tôi qua kênh thông tin chính thức là thư điện tử do trường cung cấp có đuôi @kuv.edu.vn. Tôi có nghĩa vụ kiểm tra thông tin từ hộp thư này và chịu trách nhiệm nếu bỏ sót các thông báo chính thức từ Nhà trường thông qua thư điện tử. Đơn đăng ký nhập học này phải được ký đồng thời bởi sinh viên và phụ huynh (hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp).
