Keiser University (USA) Launches its Original Programs in Vietnam

Keiser University, the largest non-profit university in Florida, will officially launch its Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree programs in Vietnam. These programs are regionally accredited by SACSCOC and the business-related fields are further accredited by ACBSP. The programs will be delivered in their original format in Vietnam.

Keiser University (K.U.)

Founded in 1977, Keiser University is dedicated to providing practical, application-based education. With a network of high-standard campuses across major cities in Florida and over 21 international locations, Keiser University currently serves more than 20,000 students across various academic levels and disciplines. To date, Keiser has graduated over 66,000 alumni in over 100 different fields, ranging from associate and bachelor’s degrees to master’s and doctoral programs.

Ranked #1 for social mobility by U.S. News & World Report in 2023, Keiser University’s commitment to quality education is widely recognized.

KUV: A Bridge for U.S. Education in Vietnam

Through this partnership, Keiser University Vietnam (KUV) will manage the original Keiser University programs in Vietnam. Most of the disciplines currently offered by Keiser in Florida will also be implemented in Vietnam, including two-year (Associate), four-year (Bachelor’s), and Master’s degree programs. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) has officially approved these programs in Vietnam.

Flexibility & Affordable Tuition

At KUV, students have flexible learning options:

  • 2+2 or 3+1 Model: Students study part of the program in Vietnam and transfer to the U.S. or another country for the remaining period.
  • 4+0 Model: Complete the entire U.S. degree program in Vietnam.

The tuition for these Keiser University programs in Vietnam is only a quarter of the cost compared to studying directly in Florida. This makes U.S.-standard education more accessible for Vietnamese students. Additionally, students who wish to transfer to the U.S. can explore scholarship opportunities based on their academic performance during the first two years at KUV and community engagement activities.

Strategic Partnership Development

Mr. David Armstrong, Vice President of EQuest Education Group, which operates KUV, stated: “This plan, our expectation, and effort over the past five years, has now become a reality. Offering accredited U.S. post-secondary programs in their original format, entirely in English, at the most affordable tuition possible for Vietnamese students is now a reality. This will open up opportunities for students to complete their entire bachelor’s degree in Vietnam, or if they wish, complete the final two years at universities across the U.S., Canada, Europe, or Australia. We have successfully provided the first two years of the U.S. program for over 15 years through Broward Vietnam (the predecessor of KUV), and now we will offer higher-level programs and more specialized fields for students to choose and pursue their education right here in Vietnam.”
